Let meet earlier to avoid the crowd so we can deposit our bags & collect our number tags.... wat abt 12pm?
You will received an email confirmation on ya entry to Woman Day Out as follows:
" Dear Participant,
Thank you for registering for the Women's Day Out 2006!
You have successfully registered for "Aerobics Challenge" which will start at 2pm at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza.
Kindly print this confirmation slip and present it, together with your Identity Card/Photo ID at the Womens Day Out Event at least 1 Hour before the commencement of your registered event category to collect your number tag.
The number tag will be issued on the spot at the Registration Booth. Event reporting starts at 12.00pm.
You can collect the Goodie Bag after the completion of "Aerobics Challenge" at 5pm.
Number tags are needed for the exchange of goodie bags.
Baggage deposit is available. Participants are encouraged to leave their valuable possessions at home. Please note that organisers will not be liable for loss of items.
Train hard and see you at the event on 7 Oct, Saturday!

Checklist:
1. A must to bring ya RECEIPT along if not u cannot collect ya goodies bag on the spot !!
2. Attire
Dress in something comfortable for the workout, prefably sleeveless top cos very hot...... Cool cotton knit tops that let you move --> Racer backs are perfect to make an impact or Sports bra (Do NOT wear anything that does not absorb perspiration)
Comfortable shorts, track pants or cropped pants
Sport shoes/Trainers or sneakers (NO Sandals/slippers allowed)
Do NOT wear Excessive jewellery and makeup
3. Do bring
A small bag (preferably a backpack or waist pouch)
Water bottle filled full of water & small towel !!
A change of top or clothes
A face spritzer
Optional --> Visor or cap, Sports Sunglasses & Sun protection
4. Remeber to have a heavy breakfast cos the aerobic challenge will start 2 to 5pm
